Never adjust your forks and trip over while doing so... Having 8 fingers doesn't stop me though... Bikes and Computers, Not to be mixed.

@joaocardoso- I completely agree about manual labor costs, But the guy I pay to do my services has made all the tools himself and does the best quality work I know of. I would happily pay a good service fee for someone who really did well (I give him usually a $5 tip for his work) Everyone else his manager hires is horrible...
I have a large bolt and two pieces of wood to install a headset... Works so well, compared to the guy that almost made my headtube an oval if I hadn't stopped him.
Bike Stores need to give proper training and experience, I'm all for hiring the new dude that loves bikes and wants a job, as long as he's taught how to properly use the tools and learns on broken bikes or something? (Do I see a pinkbike article coming up? XD )

Thats my local shop, apparently they have really cheap stuff compared to the rest of NZ, Notice too how they only stock certain brands, I talked to one of the workers, its because the guy dislikes certain brands so refuses to stock them, how they are still in business, I have no idea...
I really wish I could support local stores but not when they are dick heads, that said, SaintCycles is really brilliant for our country.
