@YamaFolk: Hi! Sydney-sider living in the USA calling in to leave two cents. I read your dialogue as the tongue-in-cheek dry Sydney style of humour, if that helps! Your edit gave me all of the emotions. I lived in Whistler for a decade and when I came home to Sydney there was this yearning to live and ride freely in the mountains. It's like this huge sense of loss which sounds utterly ridiculous but it's so real! You learn to find happiness in what you have, adjust and appreciate it. It's not coming from a place of superiority, just from the experiences you've been exposed to in another time and place in your life. I live in the states now and every time I head back to Sydney am so impressed with the progress of land access and trail networks being developed. The community is small but passionate - love it! I enjoyed the edit thoroughly, thank you. Over-sharing over and out.
