Yes @totalbikesforever. My point is Trek was never worried about losing. Trek has a special team that knows what it can produce and what it can't. I'm sure it also comes with an impressive legal team for these types of situations. When the case came up Trek handed over their specs and the case was one. Specs don't lie and neither would a large company like Trek, whether the courts favor small innovators or not, Weagles license was not copied. You gotta give Weagle an effort for trying right?
