A large turnout of spectators supported the 170 entered riders through a variety of weather, some motos taking place in bright sunlight and others in the beating rain.

I see what Joebohobo is saying, but to me, this looks like a variation on BMXing, so I'll never understand why it's considered an MTB discipline.
