Trek Emonda ALR 6 62cm

$2000 CAD
Immaculate 2016 Trek Emonda ALR 6. Full Ultegra 6800. Stiff as hell and light as half of the low end carbon bikes on the market. Sold with new: cables and housing, bar tape, tires. Pedals not included. I work at a shop, and take meticulous care of my bikes. This is essentially new. Never crashed.

American Classic Tubular Wheelset w/ Clement PDXs

$950 CAD
Have ridden these wheels maybe ten times. Bought new this season. Bombproof, good rim shape for CX, and actually light for a high spoke count aluminum wheel. 11sp freehub, disc. Everything that you want and nothing you don't. Six bolt centerline rotors (160mm) for $150 extra.

Raleigh RX 2.0 62cm Cyclocross Bike

$1400 CAD
2016 Raleigh RX 2.0 62cm (XL) cyclocross bike. This will fit anyone 6'3" or taller. Full SRAM Rival 11 speed 1X drivetrain is solid as can be. Crisp shifting every single time. New cassette (SRAM PC 1130) and chain (XX1) were installed at the end of last CX season (November). TRP Spyre brakes are no-BS, easy to set up, and offer more than enough power for racing cross or trail riding. Wheels are tubeless-ready, and the Clement MXPs are currently setup tubeless. Immaculately maintained. I work at a shop in Guelph, and it was fully serviced about once a week. I pride myself on riding bikes that are always sparkling clean and working as best as possible.

Trek Announces Fuel EX 27.5+
@kanter: Dammit, meant to give you props. Wanted to say the exact same thing. Bought a plus bike to ride on the snow in the winter (something I wouldn't do on my 2.2"-tired bike), and fine myself riding it all the time now, even though the snow is all gone.

Well actually, you expressed the relationship between the two as a percentage, not as a ratio.
