dont nitpick, that doesn't change his point, there's no problem with using parts that are already in production, no need to waste time making a whole new bike, its just a fun concept project by an engineer at specialized with some extra time.

Also I'm pretty sure the fact that Gwin is from America doesn't matter in the interview, but the fact that he did so well this year does.
