My second son learned to ride on a bike like that. My fist son, 2 years older, started on a bike with training wheels 2 years earlier, but they were both pedaling real bikes the same summer. Imagine that! Those pedalless bikes are genius

first of all.... Cute! Two years old and she has the determination to overcome obstacles on the trail. This is an expression of character. She is strong willed and has good balance skills. Who taught her that? Awsome brotha! Next generation of shredders.

Hah, i didn't really teach her anything, especially not determination. I just take her to places. We pass a football field everyday on the way from day care, quite often she tells me to wait and she runs the full length of the field back and forth. She is hyperactive for sure, and that's not always so great for her parents Big Grin

Lovely stuff! Freedom begins! My daughter has given up on the off road trip now, yet these "dad and daughter" days on the bike are great!

Sweet. Any time you come out to utah we should get our kids together for a ride. I know a place or two they can handle I think.

Heh, yea Utah is on my USA trip map, if I ever do it. I hope I will! Landing in Denver, riding around Boulder, then higher up in the mountains, then for skills clinics in Grand Junction, then heading to California through Utah, then finaly Oregon.

I welcome you to Sweden as well Smile

Wonderful. I gave my grand daughter a balance bike last year and it took her no time to learn to ride. Great fun to watch kids ride bikes.

Im in a desperate need of Shiver SC fork for their future bike. If you ever hear about one I am willing to swap for a Lyrik!!

Yea it is awesome, I feel fortunate because she really wants to do it herself, we left the parking lot and the school yard and went to the woods because she was nagging me to (I was taking her to the woods a few times before, I was leading the bike. Here It was the first time when she lifted legs from the ground and placed them on that platforms. Now I will be slowly encouraging her to stand on this balance bike. The coolest thing for me is that now I can ride my bike next to her. I can put her to bike seat take her bike on bars, ride to some comfortable location, put her on her bike, dismount the bike seat and wooosh! Maybe I will finaly try riding some street?

One thing is sure, she set the bar high for her small brother Big Grin
