That's why you don't ride carbon, this one time I put a carbon spacer in my headset and almost flew to the moon. Don't fuck with that stuff!

Suspension too soft? that's what used to happen to me it my fork were to soft. Right over the bars in a cloud of dust.

Definitely not! My suspension is the Aaron Gwin of suspension. Really stiff fork, and slow rebound whilst my rear shock, is a bit softer and set up pretty averagely. That said, the cause of the crash was partly due to the wind, however i didn't anticipate how far i was gonna jump, therefore i couldn't correct it with my body positioning. Front was nose heavy, and the frame was lent over to the right. I tried saving it upon impact by shifting all my body weight to the left, however my muscle reflexes un-clipped me from my pedals, and my legs went flying.

Alright, you say that jokingly, however that has some partake in the problem. Although light bikes are nice to ride whilst on the ground, in the air they take a lot of precision, and accuracy. My V10 weighed in at, just under 15KG and i found it to be very light. I'd say between 15-16KG is optimal for me. Please tell me i'm not crazy!
