 Yeah I don't know what happened with the sound there mate I'm sorry . I'm really happy with my riding mate. I feel great but I ride at my own pace . I prefer to be thrilled not killed haha. Thanks mate I'm working on my fitness and weight pretty hard now for almost a year and have been slowly noticing the change. Us old guys don't shred weight off like we used to hey bro lol.  @samjam: It's all good! Yeah losing weight's tough...in NY I went from 240 to 185...now with all the killer food here in TX...back over 215! Oh well...Dad bods are in, eh? Thrilled not killed...great saying!

 It's a really good trail mate . I would love to be a bit faster on it but I'm happy with where I'm at. Thanks mate I'm getting fitter and a lot stronger. The song is about 14 years old now by system of a down . Song is toxicity . Look up their song chop suey . I bet you would have heard that one it's awesome

 @samjam: I do remember that song though... you look fit and sharp on that trail man, you'd probably leave me in the dust...I went riding with Alex today and it was her first time on 700c wheels, it was just a 15km loop but she was so much faster and didn't even to wait on the short hills...now, she doesn't even want to go back, she asked me to sell her bike so I could afford her new Giant Liv, hah, she's funny...

Mate I'm super fit compared this time last year. Bike has had a heap of love keeping up to me and my need for gnar lol.

 @samjam: the bike seems sturdy and it's been damn reliable so far, right ???...can't go wrong with a trance, what's the latest maintenance it needed, gotta keep posted, hah...

 @FastDHR: yep super stiff and tough. Like a 8" bike mate . New pads , four new spokes and rim true on front wheel, full strip and lube and brake bleed . Just put my 2nd lot of goo in tyres too. First ride had three punctures . Since tubeless I have not had one in 8 months. The only thing changed from the box is tubeless and a 45mm stem . About to get new grips from crashes and taking out trees lol

 Bit cold at first mate. We just aren't used to it being that temp. I'm sure you are laughing at me right now lol. It's a nice trail. It's only a month or two old. It's still settling in. Hitting the jumps is like quick sand as you hit the up ramp but it will settle. Lol man I feel younger than my 46 year old arse is but I would really like to be able to ride more.

 @samjam: cold ha ha!! those jumps will be great when set bro, you def don't look your age & its down to your biking mate...doing good!!

 @baggyferret: I feel really good riding right now. Happy with the bike too. I'm at the point where I don't need to go any faster and I'm confident now knowing my bike will take what I give it ( which ain't much lol) even look forward to big climbs

 @samjam: that bike is a god send to you, from day one you've sung it's praise and it is very well behaved in your vids mate, you don't even look tired at the end...thats a nice fitness level achieved

 @baggyferret: the bike has changed me big time . I still think a 29er is the way to go but not for here with the bendy trails. I have not changed a thing on the trance since I picked it up other than a 45mm stem and tubeless . For the first time in ages I actually feel fit . Riding and good diet helps. Very happy with where I'm at mate

 It's usually too hot to ride after 8am here but I usually ride early so I'm home to be with the family. Not surprised I was the only one on the hill at that time though lol. Nice trail hey?

 It's a great trail mate. Bit flat at the end though for us old blokes who hate peddling haha . I think the song made me look more aggressive mate haha

 @samjam: I felt it watching that trail bro, the 4.6s would just fit down it lol. Would love a cruise around it, but I'd be too busy looking at the wildlife and undergrowth, stopping to take a picture every 10 yards lol. I put a stem riser on the Norco, looks like a high shopping bike now, but I need comfort over speed, she feels like a new bike as the headset is so low on the small frame....all in proportion now. Thinking of the same on the Fatboy, I took her off Ebay, was looking at a Cube fatty with front Rockshoks, but up close mine is better. Still waiting on an answer for shipping costs for this....or I ain't selling one to get it if the price of shipping/handling is too high,

The club has spent a fortune on this trail network with government grants etc. it was pro built flow trail but is a bit flat the last half and requires hard peddling . Also the jumps are more like humps of dirt. I struggle getting air on them haha
