Mellow day of sessioning laps at Baseline. Mid-day rain caused a break in the riding, which was perfect for a BBQ lunch, followed by tacky trails

First song. I have only heard that played live by a band called supersucker. Shame I haven't caught up to ride with you this rear Kurt. I busted up my hand last week and think the season is prolly over for me

The song is Sammy Hagar Weekend, performed by Bob Forrest from Thelonious Monster. Its from the soundtrack Bob and the Monster, which tells the story of Bob's drug abuse, recovery and now support work for others with addiction. It's an excellent documentary.
