I got a Norco Ryde frame in 04 from a shop in Alberta somewhere for 125 bones, and they payed half the shipping. It was one of their demo bikes that was a summer old.
P.S. This should be in the bikes parts and gear board.

Well i could of gotten a 08 Shimano XT M772 Shadow mid cage for about 68$ i think. Thats with shipping two.
And about 28$ for two pair of brand new sintered metallic pads for my hayes mags.
