Also ive heard good things about the atomlab gi60 for all your atomlab lovers
That's weird. I have heard mainly mixed reviews. I have read that it has gnarly retarded top out, flexes latterly, uses less of the claimed travel without sag on the hardest spring, internal elastomers are useless and is 5.14 pounds.

It doesn't have "travel". It's a stretch to even call it a suspension fork. The elastomers are just to cushion big hits, not supply 50mm of travel. So stop comparing it to real suspension forks, when it's more of a rigid than a suspension fork.
Well actually, Atom calls it travel.

Omg that fork is heavier than a lot of frames, and 5X the weight of the meta.

Way to go! They can call it whatever they want, it's their product. They will tweak the wording to appeal to their target consumer.

If you want to call an elastomer "travel", by all means.

I think for its ridiculous personally. And yeah, your right elastomers don't really mean travel but that's what they call it.

That fork tops out, feels like crap, and is flexy. Not worth it

Foes makes a proprietary fork+hub combo for FOES frames only

The Hub is actually a Hadley hub, specially made for Foes. With a Foes logo on it.

And it isn't exactly Foes only, but it has 250mm travel, so it's for frames what can handle that.

~snip Kowa fork picture~I am wondering if this is a typo? It says its adjustable down to 0mm of travel? I think this would be a very cool feature. Anybody care to explain? Big Grin

No type, you twist the top cap to it's 'open' position, and then push the fork down to the travel you desire. Then twist the cap back to the normal position.

It is done by having a huge reservoir for the excess air to move to.

... There's a nomad with a Foes fork. It means nothing.

So, id say thats a definite NO on the atomlab GI60s.

Is there anyone who doesn't like the Gold Labels?

not sure if its been said but none of the Magura forks are made for Dirt Jumping. they all are XC and AM forks. they are nice as hell though.

stay clear of brands like Sun Tour and RST. they are garbage, even there high end stuff. there is also Kowa but I'm pretty sure they only have a 160mm fork out, and they really don't look that nice.

and from what I've heard, there is nothing special about them. nothing that's going to make you say "holy crap this fork is awesome".
