Anyone had to warranty their Devinci? Good of bad expensive? Found a thread listing things like frame protection or swapping out parts would void the warranty.

Frame protection will not void your warranty, that’s rubbish. Parts shouldn’t if they are compatible and installed correctly. If you long shock a bike or run other non standard parts it’s more likely warranty is refused.

Having said that, Devinci have a pretty good rep for durability.

Excerpt from the website:

“Parts not supplied by devinci with the bicycle or not indicated in the user’s manual for all frames or the technical manual for the frames with double suspension were used;

The bike paint is damaged as a result of an adhesive frame protector installation”

I can get the paint not being covered from frame protection, but the amount of disclaimers they list seem surprising, which made me wonder how customer friendly they are.
