Headbanger, Large. Order on December 19th 2018. Contacted them several times with only a couple of generic responses. Started the refund process through Paypal in early/mid April. Still on-going.

30 days came, PayPal asked for further information, which I provided. The status just says "under review". I messaged PP but just got a generic response saying that they'll contact me shortly.

Use their online chat. It works really well.

Replied last week asking for update. Nothing back yet.

Maybe the response is stuck in customs?

Their customer 'service' email from their website is now bouncing back too.

Still haven't received my refund.

Still not returning my multiple emails.

Have kept a level head the entire time, but now is really starting to f*ck me off.

Anyone else had any updates?
