Dumb question....I've just bought a used dbinline coil. I read somewhere that I should start with (turns) 2,2,7&10 on each adjustment. Is that wind right back then 2 clicks clockwise etc? As you look at the shock with the pedal assist at the top or anti clockwise?

Also any further tips I.e more turns. I'm a Luddite. I need help

totally depends on bike. if i recall there is an area on their website where base tunes have been figured out for most popular bikes

All the Cane Creek "numbers" will be measuring from fully open. Depending on the shock, you might have partial turns for some of the adjustments. You should be able to go onto the Cane Creek lounge and find a bunch on info on tuning the shock for your bike.

Get the "dialed" app from Cane Creek. There is probably a base tune for your bike there and the app helps you out and tells you which knobs to turn to get the setup perfect.
