Mine is sideways and "stretched out." How can I go back to having no headshot picture? I don't want to delete and re-enter my profile cuz I have an item for sale. Lots of users with the same problem, buy no help from site mods or admins.

every time I try and upload a headshot, it "site cannot be reached" errors. any resolution? thanks!

Trying to upload a 1.5 mb square head shot, it doesn’t allow me to drag or resize crop box to select the area of my face, in fact it doesn’t move at all. I’m on an iPad, iPad iOS 15.7.1

The crop and center icon is stuck in the top left corner of the photo, it won't let me move or crop anything.

Unable to load any photos. Think PinkBikes security certificate is invalid Get the error message NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID. States the certificate expired yesterday. Pinkbike are you aware of this?

cropping tool does not work. the headshot results post cropping is just a random part of the uploaded photo and then upside down just for extra stupid effect. oh well, pretty standard online experience with Outside

Am not able to upload headshot, when it does work it gives a crop box on the very top left that you can do nothing with. Please help
