The day started with session in the Highland Training Center. Dustin Gilding, above, and the T-dot Canucks (Brayden Barrett-Hay, Brett Rheeder, Nick Clark) shredded for a couple hours before heading out to the Claymore course.
Nick Clark gets deep in the foam pit. Dig buddy, dig!
You may not have heard much about Brayden Barrett-Hay but big things are in store for this kid. He has mad skills on smaller technical jumps. We watched as he upped the amplitude all day, getting comfortable launching upwards of 30' into the Ayr Bag and then hitting the larger gaps on the Claymore course.
This is a shot from the tail end of a flip-whip. At this point he had caught a pedal and was still headed higher. Big ups lil' buddy!
Dustin was the first to hit the new and improved 28' Freebird step-up. This jump is scary big, like moto-x big.
After a day of throwing down the crew simmers on the porch of the Ayr Academy Cabin.
Nothing says Spring Training like a ride on the short bus.

Stay tuned for day three.
Are you really going to argue over what length the bus is? seriously..?
