I like to ride my pedal bike. I enjoy sliding down mountains on 2 sticks. I like using my mind to think of things, and then I like to use my hands to build them. I like playing around with video and picture taking. I'm starting to actually enjoy using computers.

The section starting at 1:00 going until 1:05 was money! Was the transition on the second hit a rock? Definitely looks like it, and it’s definitely unbelievable when you find opportunities like that out in da woods! Makes ya think ma nature rode a bike! Great find, and great job putting it all together and making it happen!

I thought for sure when I saw the title of this post, “Gwin shreds Kong on his emtb”, that we were gonna see Gwin ride up Kong from the bottom. Kinda disappointed ngl.

@typx: I completely agree with you. Slopestyle has just gotten super boring, along with the whole freeride scene in general. Now don’t get me wrong, I have the utmost respect for what all these guys are doing and have done, but, it’s definitely gotten a little stale at this point unfortunately. You can only see/watch the same things so many times before you just get, well.. bored of it. It’s also evident that I’m not and you’re not the only ones thinking that based on the interactions on the slope/freeride articles as of late on here and elsewhere. Nobody cares anymore. I’m hoping rampage coverage stokes the fire a bit in the next couple of weeks, but we shall see.

The freeride movement is definitely dying off unfortunately. Hate to see it, but the buzz is gone and fizzling out day by day it seems. Just look at the homepage here. Look at the stories/articles that get the conversations goin. Definitely not the freeride/slope scene anymore. Hoping rampage lights the fire again a bit, but we shall see.

Exactly my thoughts. These guys just keep beating a dead horse IMO. Every time I look online, it’s the same stuff over n over n over n over n over again and again... Hey look! Another shot In Utah! Oh wow!!! Or hey, look! Another edit/pic at whistler!!! Or hey, another edit/pic at highland!!! Oh man!!! Can’t wait to see the same stuff I’ve seen shots of and video of over n over for the last 15 years again and again!!! Stop slapping the same horse. Give us a reason to actually hit that like button again!
