Bike Therapy

Bike Therapy

We enjoy Autumn with this great mix of colours and did a throwback to summer. This movie sounds like an hymn to raw; crank it on your stereo and then let's go for a ride !

Moviemaker : Aurélien Knecht
Pilot : Jordan BAUMANN.

The lack of music is very refreshing, just the sound of a rider and his bike shredding down some sick trails. Props on the video and great filming/editing too.

 'want ride my bike' video
  • 160
That DH bike looked so stable, makes me wonder if my suspension needs some serious adjustment cause I feel like if I hit the same sections, same lines I would get bucked like a cowboy. Then again maybe I just suck haha!
  • 253
Having no Slomo shots or lame music makes up for the goggles on the xc lid. Great video.
  • 30
 Just phenomenal
  • 71
It's the first video in some time where I was thinking that's what nature experiences when out. Like what is this animal. Dug the bike sounds as well, lack of brakes used or heard, and little to no pedaling with 100% speed. Great job. outstanding
  • 20
it is nice to just hear the bike free-hub and tires instead of some dumb dub-step song. also it is nice to know i am not the only one who takes a sip of water out of their hydration pack and blows it into their face to cool off on a climb. SICK EDIT!!!!
  • 30
Great riding and interesting trails. Raw and well edited. Fantastic job!

All of a sudden I want to paint by brake calipers

Only missing the creak of a bottom bracket and squeal of a good set of Avid Elixirs.

That guy is a talented rider. This is how I want to ride. Fast, controlled and loose. I will never jump super crazy stuff, I will never double whip, but if I can learn to ride with this much control I will have achieved everything I want to accomplish in this sport. The lack of music in Last scene in Hexagone and this video is refreshing. I love the bike sounds in nature, this video gets me stoked to ride.
  • 270
sooo good just hearing the natural sounds of the trail!
  • 100
What are those fluro yellow calipers and where can i get me some!?!?

N dude is shredding!
  • 20
 Probably Magura MT7's
  • 131
 Hello Jcupit,

It is Magura MT7 Gold edition ; only 16 samples. For the moment, it is only for R&D pilot. The bright yellow finish is for team riders only at the moment, but word on the street is that Magura will offer it for everyone soon...

Cheers,

Jordan BAUMANN.

Amazing riding- check Great filming- check No weird music track- check No shots of a guy eating a burger, chatting with pals and close up of a leaf in the wild...... THank you. VOD bitches
  • 50
First comment ever in PB: this is awesome!!!
It takes me back to the trails like no other video with rad soundtrack, nuff said
  • 10
  • 20
Now you have to say where it is! Though I have a guess for the first section on trail bike, I'm not 100% sure. Second part is in Lac Blanc.
  • 10
 Hello EnduroManiac,

All the movie is Elsass, east of France.
Enduro section : Mollau, a little area where Bluegrass enduro tour took place 2 years ago. However, it was not a stage for the race haha.
Second part is in Lac blanc, you are right : La Flow and la Cool.

Thanks for watching,

Cheers,

Jordan BAUMANN.
  • 10
What I thought. I just don't know this side of Mollau.
  • 20
One of the last real conversations I can remember having with my dad was how much I love the sounds of mountain biking. This video really captures what I meant. Fantastic
  • 10
 Hello drootang,

Comments like this make us soooo much pleasure.
We keep in touch for next movies ;-)

& thanks for watching,

Cheers,

Jordan BAUMANN.

Love the sound. Like my GoPro videos - just the sound of speed and suspension. Sweet riding dude and great camera work. This vid makes me want to go ride again today even tho' my legs are fried from this mornings climb!
  • 11
Great video and super refreshing to hear the sounds of the bike flying down the trail! Anyone know what kind of bike he's riding??? Must be a pretty versatile frame, using it with 2 different forks and all. Hell of a rider, that dude can rip.
  • 20
I think there is two commençal bikes. a meta and a supreme.
  • 20
Hello pujo169, Faul is right, it is Commencal bikes. First one is Meta SX 26inch, second one is Supreme DH. In fact, it is two differents bike. Thanks for watching, Cheers, Jordan BAUMANN.

I thought the whole point of water in a water pack was to drink it, not take a shower with it. Have I been doing it wrong all these years by drinking it?
  • 20
Just like this. www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbIWEAAP57I Still one of my favorite segments.
  • 60
If anyone likes the edits with no soundtrack then check out the video on youtube called - Adam Brayton crushing Schladming Has to be 1 of my favourite videos for sure, totally committed riding and some of the best style you will ever see on a bike, still cant believe the guy hasnt got a real good result at a world cup yet... COME ON BRAYTON, smash it this year
  • 20
Agree with u so much! Best raw video out there.
  • 20
luke strobel- tmc raw and remmy metailler #enduro raw are also very good.

  • 10
 rocking video thanx !!
  • 10
Truly amazing video! I´ve never liked a video without music before but this one makes me want to go and ride more than anything ever before!
  • 30
The Sound of Riding. Great vid...definitely enjoyed that.
  • 20
The first trail on the mid travel bike was steeper and more tech than the second on the DH rig.... whats the use?
  • 57
You mean there's no overused, dubbed up, hipptyhop, techno music to go with the video? I love just the natural sound of the dirt and bike but it's always interesting how music changes a video. What would be your music to this? Winter is here, no more mnt. biking for a while, and I'm going to throw out this very @#^$ song www.youtube.com/watch?v=sVNt6XpIsjI
  • 60
hippity hop?!! u forget to put your dentures in?!? lmao
  • 20
 VOD! This video is sick!!!

Ah yes man, machine and nature in perfect harmony. Great riding, great sounds!
  • 10
I have never heard those sounds in my life because I have avid juicy 3's...
  • 10
I had to watch it again. The first time I just closed my eyes and rode in my dreams with the soundtrack in my ears
  • 10
I half expected david Attenborough to narrate about the elusive mountain biker. Wild animal, man.
  • 10
Anyone know what those luminous brakes were on the trail bike? Look awesome. Like the old skool Maguras Smile
  • 10
 Hello leecozens,

You are right, it looks like the old Magura Gustav. However, it is the new Magura 4 pistons brakes, Gold edition (16 samples for sponsored pilots). The bright yellow finish is for team riders only at the moment, but word on the street is that Magura will offer it for everyone soon...

Cheers,

Jordan BAUMANN.
  • 10
