UCI's start list indicates that Women's Junior Finals start tomorrow (Sat.) at 12:00 (Central Europe time), or 6 a.m. EST, 3 a.m. PST, or 10 p.m. in New Zealand.
However, UCI World Series YT channel hasn't yet posted the video start time, but GMBN Racing's YT channel is currently showing the YT broadcast starting at 6:30 a.m EST, a half hour after UCI says women's racing will begin. That's when UCI's Race Hub start list says men's racing begins.
Check back later on either YT or UCI's Race Hub to verify which is the correct time. At this point, I'd go with UCI's info and assume GMBN and UCI will start the live race stream at the correct time.
