@SpinningAddiction: 2013 was the beginning of it when he fractured his tib/fib at Joyride. Since then it's just been injury after injury, and being over a year behind the level everybody else has progressed to, he decided it's not worth risking further injury to try and keep up with the slopestyle world. He's become an excellent ambassador for the sport in the meantime, though, so while I wouldn't wish that sort of injury on anybody, he's done a fantastic job making the best of it.
It's hard because that track was honestly terrible. I don't wanna disrespect but the dirt was terrible and it didn't flow very well at all. Theres better dirt to grab from the area than the stuff these guys get!
Like the dude said track was the same for everyone. It is what it is, why bitch about it. I would say the builders did a great job based on the muck they had to work in.
this event is very nice, theres a very nice Vibe around and the hills of the city are so beautiful. but looks like the Pump tracks was like the DH and Enduro tracks, no good!
At least he seems super stoked. Good for him!
