Don’t know about you, this is my first time this season watching DH live. Liked it very much, even if it was the semi-final. For sure the knowledge and experience of Nicole and Gwin were a bonus !
Does anyone else use the GCN+ app and cast it to a Chromecast? I do, and every single race there's a sound delay. I've reset everything I can, changed the Chromecast settings, did this, did that, nothing sorts it. It's absolutely fine streaming from YouTube, but the finals aren't on YouTube. Flipping annoying. Was the same during the World Champs, tried watching the trials and it was ruined by the gasps of the crowd five seconds before the rider made the move!
Excited. Let's see if we can get through this without the negativity that has been taking over PB lately. The racing this year has been outstanding and I can't wait for the semis.
Maybe we should make a rule that noone can post a comment unless they have just finished a ride. That should increase the stoke a lot I reckon
negativity taking over PB "lately"? Man, it has always been the case that pinkbike comments are on the negative side. Nothing new. And often, as in this case, th negativity is well deserved
Yeah… nah. Not really sure why you (or anyone) would actively preach that fans (and riders who have commented on PB too) should keep quiet and just deal with the overwhelming amount of issues that have been plaguing this sport since the change in broadcasters.
Ah found it in the stream now. I highly doubt that statement is true. The only thing Wyn and so on said is that apparently a pre-runner they sent down wasn't able to get down, that might be the only rider they asked. some juniors were on top of the mountain and had to get back to the gondola because it got cancelled, when exactly should they have sat together with the organizers?

I actually would pay to watch that.
It's one of the steepest and widest-taped tracks in the last years
