Ryan will mix in personal and group skill development throughout the rides for continuous progression. He will share his experiences and help us to conquer the mental aspect of mountain biking, which will lead to an overall progression in our skill.
More itinerary details here. Ryan is also a certified yoga instructor and will lead us through a cyclist focused yoga practice. Each day will offer a variety of levels of intensity, some days will be flow style, some days will be workshop style; some days will be short sessions, others longer; some days, maybe we’ll practice once, others twice, we’ll keep it fresh, fun, safe, and progressive!
Prepare to be amplified in bike, body, and mind!
I just started yoga about a month ago, and I have noticed an improvement in my riding for sure.
My balance and sensitivity in relation to where the weight is on the bike has improved quite a bit.
I had no idea that one of our sport's superstars ( well known for balance and handling skills ) was a yoga specialist as well ( makes sence).
I wish I could go on tis trip.
