I'm no suspension expert but at 29 seconds we see a fork not compressing with the g-forces in the berm while taking small stuttery bumps and returning without packing down. Nice.

I think SR Suntour left my tech support email & phone calls in Mikey's speedo. Wish they would fish them out it soon so I could get this dammed thing fixed

I have received nothing but great replies, filled with info from Suntour. Usually next day. They will send you a whole tear down instruction before they resort to telling you to send it to them for a $100 fix. I have had my fork since 2015 and never had a bit of trouble. They always get back to me.
