Whenever I see 'Salt Lake City' I can't help but remember The Book of Mormon.

I assume all downvotes are from actual Mormons in SLC who don't like the play

Yes, we are all Mormon here. It’s no fun. Tell your friends

If they're 16 and over, they should definitely submit to our Rookie of the Year Contest: www.pinkbike.com/news/win-a-crankworx-fmba-slopestyle-world-championship-wildcard-entry-with-the-red-bull-rookie-of-the-year-2020.html

We're super lucky to have the I Street Bike Park here in Salt Lake, it's such an amazing training ground for our young riders! Many thanks to all those who pitch in to maintain it and keep it amazing!

They're all so crazy talented. I've been following those Mallen kids for several years now and watching their progression has been insane and inspirational. The potential for kids learning slope/freeride these days is truly limitless.

suburban white kids trying to act hip hop is always cringey.

Oh to be young again so I could still not shred anywhere near as hard as this lot do!

These kids are rippin it up! Thread title is a little misleading though... when did DJ'ing become synonomous with freeriding? Im sure they can hammer a freeride line, but call it what is. You see 'freeride' and 'Utah' in the same sentence and it has you thinking a certain way.

When most of the freeride competitions became huge dirt jump competitions?

Great to see the young ones killing it, but please... Act normal. You're growing up in one of the whitest cities in one of the whitest states, and judging by the bikes they're riding, don't even remotely know the meaning of the word hardship or oppression, which are the driving forces of hip hop.
