There has to be something that separates Enduro from DH. I don't know if tightening up liasons is the answer but 6-7K ft of vertical climbing sees like it should be a minimum for an EWS race.

UCI Limits Some Transgender Athletes from Competing in International Races
Inevitable really. Just a few years ago when someone would say "there's no data that transgender women have an unfair advantage" what they really meant was that there was hardly any data on the matter. While people may have disagreed based on some "common sense" or "logic" IOC and UCI and every other sports governing body statement that I read was honest and took into full account whatever studies were available and looked forward to further research on the matter. Starting 1-2 years ago those studies started to come in and it was clear that while physical appearance changes there is a retained strength advantage. Large committees move slowly. No conspiracies, just a bunch of people who agreed to make decisions based on the research available and were waiting for it to come in.
