its actually just a custom rear end, so he can keep the original rear end, and swap it back in when he wants the bike in full dh mode. its actually a great way to turn a downhill bike into something more versatile. this would be a hoot in the snow, and if its light enough, could even use for it a bit of pedaling
Some times it's just fun to do things because we think we can do them. We don't know we can do them, but we want to try just to see if we can. And most of the time the out come is fun regardless of whether or not it "succeeds" or has a real purpose. It's human nature. A lot of people probably don't see a point in things you do either, but who cares?
It's an awesome looking bike.I would love to try to ride it. I don't think for a single second it would perform well given my riding style, but I don't care. I'd still have a blast on it.
