The Roots is a major addition to the Dartmoor gravity family. Dedicated for going big and rough, this frame is designed for the downhill freeriders that are rooted to the mountains. With 200mm of the progressive rear travel, this baby will transport you over any rock garden you can throw at it, while being stable enough to pull that sick whip on an A-Line. The design is well proven and is priced well to make this an ideal choice for anyone looking to custom build a sick rig. On the technical side, the Roots can be run with either 26” or 27.5” wheels with the rear running 150x12mm axle, the BB is 73mm, ISCG-05 and tapered IS42/IS52 standard headset. The rear shock is 222mm/69mm, seat post size is a beefy 31.6mm and its equipped with the rear post mount for the disc brake (PM 160mm). During many months of testing the Roots has been run with both 180mm and 200mm forks and both felt great, the choice is yours. The frame weights comes in at just 3.2 kg and will be available in an unforgettable Red Devil color scheme, achieved by using red clear coating over the polished aluminium, along with black decals. Available options: w/o shock and w/RS Kage RC coil shock.
