Keep pestering Kona them about replacing there frame. I kept bugging Santa Cruz to replace my frame and they finally admitted the brake was a defect. Now on that if I had to buy another frame I would NOT get carbon ever again but it getting harder not to get non carbon frames.

bastards. You should check if there any law to validate the warranty. my kona was also a crap one
