riding this particular Bobsledtrack was a dream of mine for a very long time so when my semesterholiday began this was the first thing we did. We drove there in the night and parked very close and slept in the car. We got up before sunrise just to find that it rained over night. It was also my first time being on a bike since about two month because I injured my wrist. So I was nervous. Hopping fences to ride a wet forbidden and dangerous track with exactly zero warmup isnt really the smartest thing but it turned out fine. The feeling and sound of the screaming backtire sliding in the oververt was one of the radest expiriences I ever had on two wheel.
Selected by Scott Secco - Erik has a knack for finding crazy urban setups to ride and we've got to say, a bobsled track seems like it would be fun to try. Great composition on this one too, especially for a self-portrait. I guess selfies are acceptable sometimes?
