that'd be a mountain sled (snow mobile). The handlebars on a tall mast riser! There is still deep snow way up high and lots of people hauling them here and there in town.

Me too! We don't often see rare bikes here. But I've seen Evils a polygon the instigator and soon to see a new blue pig!
