@Scotj009: Yes I have Anvil iso rear jig for brake mount. Works great. Not sure what you mean by drilling and putting bosses on. Most "breezer" or hooded style drop outs are lwelded right to the drop out. I do weld tack them at the drop out first then adjust seat stays at the seat tube then tack those. All of them have still come out off. They are soooo fuggin hard. I miter them by hand which is hard and time consuming. Considering buying Anvils seat stay mitering fixture but may just have one made instead.

By bosses i meant like a little dowl that goes into the end of the seastay and then into the dropout, however i suspect this is only necessary when brazing like i am
I have made a mitring fixture for seastays, cost me around the equivilent to $20
@Scotj009: I would like to see a photo of the fixture for sure. I see you are talking about socketed drop outs. You usually only see those on road bikes I thought. You can fillet braze that stay right up to the dropout in the same way you would tig it up. Just lay a fat fillet around it.
