 It's an Eastern Thunderbird. I was building it up with snagged parts from my Dob, until I realized that the two frames have different sized dropouts (f*ck). So it will be a bit before I get this one built up because I need to figure out another rear hub/wheel. Build delayed.

 also are those 4x's lowered because i may be getting some soon and if they are i need to know how.

 Yes they are lowered to 65mm, but I wasn't the one who lowered it. Check this thread for proper instructions. Cheers.
