would suit someone whos gonna race they are a bit wasted on me when somebody else could be getting use outta them.they are super plush with loads of adjustment but im a little on the heavy side for them and im 14st with gear on ,i think they are beetr suited to lighter riders ive got a lotta compression wound on and i think a spring change would make em too stiff and id lose a load of low speed damping feel.i love 40s had em before and even with a med spring they were great i guess its different horses.
