Did you use a neutral density filter or was the light just right for a small aperture?

with a 20 second shutter time it will caputure enough light with the right ISO.

with that much photoshop it begans too look stupid. Its great work with photoshop and it must of been hard but it just ends up looking like a cartoon. Just my personal prefrence.

you obviously didn't read, this is just a long exposure shot, nothing fancy. just 20sec of light. this doens't come from using a computer, this comes from using a camera. everyone things photoshop is the only thing that makes sick pics, it is really just a idiot friendly interface to adjust stuff people don't know how to with thier camera. so don't dumb down his skill on the camera, cause you don't know what he did to get this shot, you have just seen similar effects from people who use PS.
