does the rear derailleur slap around and make a lot of noise? is it stiff enough?

do the sram road derailleur springs have as much tension as the mtb derailleurs?

it seems to be the same, i havent had any issues with it, i have been riding a lot on the bmx tracks and some light DH stuff, and its been flawless.

is that 10speed? sram cassette and chain too? does it work well?

yup, SRAM Red 10 speed cassette, 10s force derailleur, and 10s chain.....works great, and the red cassette shifts super fast.
