It has a warranty. I put the light to show the dent. It's not as big as it looks. Like Adam says, it is $300 cheaper as compensation.

Factory warranties only apply to the original owner.

however Campofchampions have a deal with the manufacturers to give the people that buy the bike from them the same warranty, at least on the DH bikes
