nice rig! im getting the frame soon and was wondering if i could you an intergrated headset with it? as my forks have a really short steerer (115mm) :/
  • 1 0
yeah it only takes a bmx integrated headset, but i think your steerer will be too short anyway, as the headtube is supposedly 115mm by itself...

yer thats my issue :/ thats why i got an intergrated headset so it would fit...
  • 1 0
actually i just re-measured and the steerer is 160mm, i reckon this will fit but only just

Should be decent. If the headtube is 115mm, at about 10mm for the top cup and the tiny gap at the bottom. Almost any stem will fit in 35mm. You can buy really low stack stems too. Mine's like 20mm.

I have a ns quark stem so it should be fine

If needed just slam the stem and don't worry about spacers

Yer that's what I'm going to do

i expect you will be up to some circus tricks lol

Do you prefer these over the fox's?
  • 1 0
i like the adjustability on these, the fox's were coil so i had to change springs for different types of riding so the air and jump stack on the manitous are wicked, but the fox's were plusher and felt more solid.
