No such argument. Willy's bike is tons lighter. (but mine rides better and is cooler and better looking and more trials and faster and more dialed and stiffer)
I'm not actually sure if I like it or not. It just seems so plain. But the beauty of this build is what you've done to it. It was obviously built up with weight in mind, and you have surely nailed it in that category.
yeah but what wheelset where you running? fork? cranks? you can get a bike down to that weight easy but how many flimsy, lightweight cross country parts were on it?
Just take a look at the bike in my profile. I had a Rockshox Reba fork, Mavic Deemax wheels, Truvativ Holzfeller cranks. Nothing was flimsy, it was built to be thrown around!
well i do have DTH's actually...and a lot of my other parts are fairly light too. just have to get rid of the DJ pro fork for a rockshox sector RL (ill drop like 3 pounds right there), and change out my hoops...a Halo S.A.S and a spank spike rim arn't the lightest choice i suppose. probably gunna change em out for some spank subrosas, 520g a hoop isnt bad
dont think id like the rise of a D30, but im willing to wait till january for bars that i will like. and ive had it photoshopped but i believe that stealth black would look the best
