Pinkbike Poll: Are Tire Inserts Leaving You Deflated?
I used to run one in the rear, but on my new bike I don't run them at all. I do run them on my ebike which allows me to run similar pressures to my normal bike with the insert.

Pinkbike Poll: Why Don't We Wear Full-Face Helmets More Often?
As of about 3 years ago I almost always ride with a full face. Fox Proframe has been my go-to. On long climbs I either take it off and strap it to something or at least take the cheek pads out until I get to the top. Only exception would be sweltering heat.

Video: 'Sustainable Dreams' Showcases Reclaimed Trails Of Canada's Yukon
I rode there many years ago and recognized some of the trails and features in the video. A truly amazing place to ride and experience. I need to get back up there as the Mountain Hero trail is still on my bucket list, as it was still snowed in when I went. Boreal Explorers is an awesome outfit that will take you and your group on guided rides tailored to your group. They now have a super nice lodge too if you are looking for accommodations. Can't recommend them enough! The food will blow your mind. Anyhow get up there! Not too many places you can look as far as the eye can see and only see mountains and natural beauty. Love the Yukon!!

Video: Andy McKenna on Mountain Biking with Multiple Sclerosis in 'Evolution'
My wife also has MS. I am sorry to hear that for your wife it is affecting her balance, and the ebike is not much comfort. For my wife it has been a great relief. Much like the story of Andy, me and my wife used to go on long rides and vacations to mountain bike. The ebike has brought that back into our lives since getting one. She is lucky without too many physical manifestations of the disease to date, but it really has zapped her stamina, and she like Andy has difficulty regulating her temperature. Anyhow I wish you and your wife the best. Keep pressing on.

Photo Epic: The First Stone King Rally
I can attest, as I did the Trans-Provence in 2015. Hardest thing I have ever done, but so worth it. If you really like to push your boundaries physically and want to ride amazing trails in breathtaking environments then this if for you. If you need creature comforts, maybe take to tour version instead of the race. I crashed hard on day 5, and it took all I had to finish the race, but I didn't go across the world not to finish. That race has about the same number of DNF's as this one, so I can see Ash is keeping the level high. Don't wait too long, and just make it happen. Cheers!

This will be spec'ed on e-bikes, and my bet is that was the intended market.
