Video: Thrashing UK Trails in 'Hardtail Haulin'
@no-good-ideas: you say yourself, there are many good bikes, so why wouldn't you look at where the company are based. Plenty of horror stories about national distributors not responding to warranty issues, or not being able to get parts from the manufacturer. Whyte are in the UK, I'm in the UK, easy as that.

Why not? British company. Decent bikes as far as I can tell.

Can't upvote this enough. Really impressed... they need a proofreader though (Contintental). Finally, a role for me on a top pro-team.

An ambassador level one.. unlike all the other non-ambassadors who're posting videos made with their free camera.

@Vudu74: Illegal, but we're so over-regulated in the UK that the police have no hope of enforcement. So, there's plenty of stuff that slides.

@CleanZine: reckon you can thank the frenchies for their special lines, and a certain Mr Rude for course cutting last year.

Glentress to Host the 2023 XC World Champs
Not sure that's right tbh. In practical terms there can't be many places with colocated downhill, xc, road, BMX and arena facilities. In addition, your volunteers and race organizers for MTB events are generally from a different (gene) pool from roadies (from experience, MTB felt like the poor relation at previous Glasgow games) And, the distances involved -in US terms- aren't that huge. As support camps are likely to be outside Glasgow itself, it's reasonably easy to get to the tweed valley.

@jaggerm: yes. Rumours that the games will get priority (apols in advance, shouldn't spread rumours. Could be total bs)
