You Don't Need to Learn on a Hardtail - Opinion
Well i must say lots of mixed emotions, what I think People should do if they are a just getting started out on a bike is try as many diferant style of riding and then you can choose the right tool for the job.
It all boils down to your style of ride, if you do street sessions like me then you ride a bike with no suspension at all, but I do have a couple of full suspension bikes as i do the trail blaze every now and then.
Just ride have a giggle with lots of fun if its not fun then you have the wrong bike.

History and Deception - Opinion
I have to say e bike's have their place but not on a bike park where you you would have ski lift's and fast downhill run's as the ski lift's keeps people going up hill out of the way of people going downhill.
So I think the e bike could have some elements of a giggle factor in commuting to work and coming back from work just to get a grin out of the day.

Pinkbike Poll: Is It Still a Mountain Bike If It Has a Motor?
I have never ridden an ebike so I don't know the crack with them, but I do live in the UK and its big hills with no shuttles to get up the hills and I don't drive a car.
Now the question is does this make me a person knowing I can get more miles to my ride and have more fun on the bike at the destination I ride to.
Well the verdict is they build them in Japan and in the UK we think of the ebike as cheeting.
At the end of the day if I can stay out on my bike for longer then the ebike will have its place but at the moment i think its early days.
