Mechanic’s special SC Tallboy 3 CC... Updated pivot bearings and hardware. Fox Factory 34 fork, 140 mm EVOL spring. Two shocks - updated Cane Creek DBIL, and original Fox Factory Float DPS (not pictured, red decals, in perfect shape). SRAM drivetrain mix (X01 derailleur, XX1 everything else), 180 mm XTR 9k cranks with steel 30 + 32t chainrings (pictured Stages XTR 970 crankarm not included, or add $250). Magura MT8 brakes with four-piston MT7 front caliper. XTR 9k front hub, DT240 rear hub, Chinese carbon rims (31 internal rear, 35 internal front), Sapim Laser spokes. Chromag Cutlass bars. 170 mm RS Reverb with 1x lever. *****BRAKE CHOICE: not everyone is into the Maguras, maybe. Choose between the Maggies or like-new SRAM Guide Ultimates.***** Saddle, stem, tires negotiable depending on what you need. Prefer to sell locally, will ship for $250. Review: Hayes' New Dominion A4 Brake
It wasn’t that long ago... And most of those brakes still work. Only thing I’ve always wondered is, why the reservoir UNDER the master cylinder? Hayes has almost always done this. I don’t even understand why/how it works, let alone why Hayes has always defaulted to this arrangement.
