$1000 CADSelling my 2009 Specialized Demo 7 II because I just don't ride it enough and my interests have gone to different places so I could use the money.
Bought the bike in 2014 from a bow cycle tech and have only rode it 2 times at C.O.P. and a hand full of times around the neighbourhood.
Parts on bike are as follows:
2010 World Cup Boxxer (rebuilt in 2012)
2011 Fox dhx 5.0 (rebound control and lockout)
2010 Avid Code front brake(Bled in 2017)
2017 Saint M820 rear brake (Replaced Avid Code brake due to failure)
2012 Saint bottom bracket and cranks
V-sixty Flat Pedals
Chromag OSX handlebars with barely used ODI grips
Easton Havoc direct mount stem
Shimano XT shifter and derailer
DT Swiss freerider hub and rim on Front
Mavic Hub and rim on rear

You also have to take into account that they aren't paying retail for their parts. So it might cost that average person 14k to build a bike like that but specialized will be paying a fraction of that. Big companies want to have their product on what is potentially the fastest bike in the world right now.
