Specialized SX 4x

$800 CAD
This is my size short 2010 specialized sx frame. This is a rare frame; specialized did not make many of them. It is also quite burly for a 100mm frame. It weighs 9lb 2oz with shock, headset, and seat clamp. It's known as a slopestyle frame ( darren berrecloth rode the hell out of it in some the NWD films), but it was also piloted to a 4x world championship in 2008. For me it was a trail bike. I had a 150mm dropper on it (im 6'1) and pedaled it around trail centres. It is a seriously playful little bike that corners insanely well, thanks in part to a very low bb height. It is also surprisingly capable on chunky downhill runs despite its lack of travel. I built it with a 130mm fork and the headangle ended up being about 66 degrees. If you're in the market for a jump or freeride bike that you can also pedal around your local trails this is a very unique ride both in availability, and ride characteristics. In 2016 i had the rear shock tuned by push, it improved the damping and made the bike even more capable. The frame had new bearings installed in 2017 and hasn't been ridden much since. No dents, gouges, or cracks just some cable rub, chainslap, and minor scuffs. The Cane Creek 40 headset comes with the frame as well as the pictured axle kit which i bought incase something had seized when i went to replace the bearings. I have some other parts for sale (brakes, cranks, bars/stem, wheels, dropper posts) that would compliment the frame if putting together a potential build kit would be of interest to a buyer. GEO CHART (w/100mm fork) SIZE Short SEATPOST LENGTH 330mm REACH 424mm STACK 578mm CHAINSTAY LENGTH 419mm TOP TUBE LENGTH (ACTUAL) 554mm GROUND-TOP 889mm TOP TUBE LENGTH (EFFECTIVE) 584mm HEAD TUBE ANGLE 68° STANDOVER HEIGHT 642mm HEAD TUBE HEIGHT 120mm WHEEL BASE 1114mm SEAT TUBE ANGLE (ACTUAL) 70.5° SEAT TUBE ANGLE (EFFECTIVE) 74.5° SEAT TUBE LENGTH 394mm BOTTOM BRACKET HEIGHT 311mm

United Voyage Build

$800 CAD
Up for sale is my United Voyage (fully custom build). A build like this would probably be worth about 2k new and this bike hasn't seen much use as evidenced by the lack of wear and tear (no dents or gouges, just minor scuffs) https://www.vitalbmx.com/product/guide/Frames,7/United/The-Voyage,4556. The link has some geo info for those interested. It is good all around geo for a bmx; a little slacker, lower, and longer (more relaxed) than a street or park frame, but not a full on trails frame. Would be an awesome bike for a mountain biker looking to get into bmx or bmx rider looking for a good all around whip. Spec is as follows: - 21" United Voyage Frame - Odyssey Gary Young V3 Bars - Eclat Brake and Lever - Odyssey Linear Slic Cable - ODI Longneck grips - Odyssey Raft Stem - FSA Impact headset - Fit Blade 2 Fork - 36 Hole Eclat Bondi rims laced to Eclat Pulse hubs - Shadow Overtaker tires - Odyssey Aitken Pivotal Seat - Eclat Tibia Cranks - 25t Eclat full cnc Sprocket - Deity Decoy V2 pedals - KMC 510 HX Chain The bike weighs 23 lbs 9oz.
