Trek top fuel 9.8 18.5

$3000 USD
I really like this bike, but I don't plan on racing any more XC races, so I am selling it to get more money for a new bike. Below are the specs of the bike, some of which are stock and some of which I modified. Bottom Bracket: SRAM DUB Press Fit, 92mm (stock) Chain: SRAM XX1 Eagle gold chain, came with the SRAM GX Eagle chain Pedals: Shimano XT Race Tires: Maxxis Ardent EXO 29 x 2.4” skinwall 120 tpi folding bead (tubeless), the stock ones were Bontrager XR2 Team Issue, Tubeless Ready, 120 tpi, aramid bead, 29x2.20 Wheels: Bontrager Kovee Elite 30 Carbon, Tubeless Ready, 54T Rapid Drive (I upgraded to rapid drive 108T), Boost110 front, Boost148 rear, tubeless Chainrings: 32T (stock) Cassette: SRAM XG-1275 Eagle, 10-50, 12 speed (I replaced this, it’s still the GX Eagle cassette, just newer) Shifters: SRAM GX Eagle, 12 speed (stock) Handlebars: Bontrager Race X Lite, OCLV Carbon, 31.8mm, 5mm rise (stock) Grips: ESI Chunky gray, I also have replaced these. It came with these grips that are made to work with the RockShox TwistLoc remote lockout, but since I took that off, I got different grips as well. Stem: Bontrager Pro, 31.8mm, 7 degree (stock) Brakes: Shimano Deore XT M8000 hydraulic disc (stock, I replaced the rear brake pads at the end of last season) Seat Post: Bontrager Line Dropper, 150mm travel, it came with the Bontrager Pro, OCLV Carbon, 31.6mm, 0mm offset Frame: OCLV Mountain Carbon main frame & seatstay, alloy chainstays, ABP, Full Floater, EVO link, tapered head tube, Mino Link, MicroTruss, Control Freak internal routing, Carbon Armor, PF92, Boost148 & G2 Geometry on 29ers, 100mm travel Fork: Rockshox SID RL 100mm travel, it came with the TwistLoc remote lockout but it broke so I replaced it with a Fox 2-position remote, which works fine. Front Axle: 15 x 110mm Rear Axle: 12 x 148mm Crankset: Truvativ Stylo Carbon Eagle Dub (stock) I recently had this apart and regreased and torqued everything. Rear Shock: Fox Performance Float DPS, 2-position remote, tuned by Trek Suspension Lab, 6.5x1.5 (Stock) I also had the rear linkage apart because it was creaking, I have eliminated that issue now Rear Derailleur: SRAM GX Eagle, Roller Bearing Clutch (I replaced this, but it is still the GX Eagle derailleur) Headset: FSA IS-2, 1-1/8-inch top, 1.5-inch bottom (stock) Saddle: Bontrager Montrose Elite, titanium rails (stock) Price: BicycleBlueBook lists this bike at $3020 to $3111 with the complete stock build. Trek Fuel ex 8 27.5 plus

$2100 USD
This is a 2018 trek fuel ex 8 in the 27.5 plus configuration with the 140mm fork up front and 130mm in the back. This bike has a GX eagle drivetrain with guide r brakes and a fox rhythm 34 fork. The tires are Schwalbe Nobby nics in the 27.5 x 2.8in size, which are set up tubeless. This bike also fits 29ers, but doesn’t come with them. This bike has a stable, planted feel due to the low bottom bracket. This bike is mechanic owned. There isn’t anything wrong with it, I am just selling it because I want something else and I need the money.

Point: Suspension Lockout Levers Have Made Bikes Worse
I think part of what makes this amazing technology so amazing is that you have the ability to turn it on and off whenever you want.

Specialized Epic Comp WITH CARBON WHEEL

$800 USD
I have a 2011 specialized epic comp 29er. It was only used this year for XC racing for my team, so it only has about 6 months of usage. I work at a bike shop and maintain this bike well. The front wheel is a 2014ish Roval Control SL carbon wheel that is tubeless. I will also sell with Maxxis tires, which have about 1 month of wear. The front is a Maxxis Highroller 29 x 2.3 and the back is a Maxxis Ikon 29 x 2.2. I will also sell with Shimano SPD pedals and Race Face grips. Overall this bike is very capable as an XC machine as well as a singletrack shredder. It just really likes to go fast. Drivetrain: Sram X9 rear derailluer Sram X7 front derailluer Brakes: Avid Elixir R SL Suspension Fork: Rockshox Reba RLT 100mm travel Shock: Fox Futureshock with Brain automatic Lockout Just some of the specs it has, please ask with any more questions.
