Manage Lower Back Pain - Yoga With Abi
Fantastic Abi. A weekly routine with a few of these poses, in combination with some lifting and 3-4x per week riding has kept my back happy for 10+ years since a bit of trauma in a rally car accident. Looking forward to trying the 1 hour class with all these poses in sequence. Very grateful for this series -- it's the most useful stuff on Pinkbike!

Alexander Kangas: The Sounds of Sweden - Video
@WAKIdesigns: No way, no how. My summer cottage is in Söderhamn, so I go to Järvsö quite a bit to ride JBP. It is a very good local park, but for scale, it does not compare to Åre. That said, I will credit them for doing what they have done. It is a very good park, and it took some inspiration and lots of work to get where they are.

Rio 2016 - Women's Olympic XC Results
Well done to Jenny. Really peaked at the right time with her first Sr. win and Olympics win back-to-back. Heja heja.

Giro Switchblade Helmet - First Look: Crankworx Whistler 2016
They are going to sell a ton of these. My current helmet roster includes a dedicated XC helmet, a Bell Super, and a Bell Full 9. This will slot in nicely or replace the Super.
