Nerding Out: Why You Shouldn't Worry Too Much About Weight
My $0.02 worth, I traded my old and faithful DH bike for something a little lighter (it's 1936 grams different) because I've found as I get older, the repetitive runs were far less fatiguing with the lighter bike. I'll be doing the same with my trail bike in the not too distant future for the very same reason.

Pinkbike Poll: What Are You Most Picky About On Your Bike?
Would you not be better off buying two $2.00 valve adaptors? Drilling a rim seems a little extreme to me.

Slack Randoms: Adidas' New Gravel Shoe, The UCI's MTB Goof, Road Rage, & More
Pastrana's run is nuts, there's no doubt. My favourite (and every bit as crazy) is Ari Vatanen in the Peugeot at Pike Peak back when it was still a dirt track. Travis gets close to the edge, Ari hangs the wheel clean off it

Pinkbike Poll: At What Age Is a Rider at Their Peak?
I'm 53 and I believe that whist it takes longer to get to the peak physical fitness and hold it, my technical abilities keep improving. Have I reached my peak? Don't know and don't care as I'm never going to race for anything other than the fun of it. The trash talking and bragging rights amongst my mates is the only reason I would compete nowadays

Final Results from the Lenzerheide XC World Cup 2021
Fantastic win by Evie, well deserved. I'd still love to see Rebecca get onto the top step, second for her today is also a great result and hopefully not long until she makes the breakthrough.

First Ride: The New Intense Tracer 279
Given how often Karver destroys tyres, I'm pretty sure it wasn't high on his priority list.
