TRAIL MAKEOVER 2013

These guys are what riding is all about. Each winter they spend months tending to every square inch of some of the best trails I've ever seen. This film is to show how much work it takes. If you know the location of these trails please keep it to yourself. Enjoy!

 Building is a rare trait now any one can do it but only a few can do it well and these guys have taken it above that. one thing i have noticed is some of the best riders are the best builders and that is the case for these guys.

how much maintenance do you guys do?
The dirt looks a little sandy like the dirt we have at our local spot, and our jumps, berms, rollers etc. wears down pretty quick?

 That Gas powered ground pounder,and some nice sculpting -you sift the dirt?Ive seen dirt work disney land like that before hard to keep a secret. nice to see some talented bmxers too.

 What is the point of the carpets laid over the jumps? I have never seen this on any of the jumps I have ever ridden around where I live.

 It's called a wacker plate believe- we borrowed one for the day that's all. It's good but still needs to be finished by hand.

 It's one of the few places I have been to that has no real divide between BMX and MTB- and why should there be?? Bikes are bikes dude. If your mind was more open you'd probably be riding much nicer trails.
