 Can someone explain to me what makes something freeriding, I thought that only stuff like Where the Trail Ends was considered free riding, how come dirt jumping isn't considered free riding?

 My feeling towards free riding:

Riding in a 'free without restriction' environment; experiencing natural trails where the only modifications are to compliment the existing features of the mountain/forest.

Although I'm sure there are multiple viewpoints.
